Patagonia at 7a.m.
This is my personal travel footage from 4week trip to Patagonia in March, 2018.
For a long time I wanted to visit this area of South America where locates far away from my country, Japan. The reason is more than obvious, its incredible landscapes, such as Glaciers, huge lakes, mountains, waterfalls and so on. and I’m also big fun of trekking and camping, so these things urge me to visit there as soon as possible. it took about a decade to get there.
When I made my itinerary at first, I focused how many days I would spend in the beautiful area. I figured out I would be there about a month. yes, it’s not bad, right? haha
I traveled from Mexico by bus and boat and finally I arrived in Chile. I started my long-wish journey from Puerto Montt. strictly speaking, it’s not the area of Patagonia, but known as the entrance of Patagonia. anyway, then I headed to Argentina side and stayed in Bariloche, El Chalten, El Calafate, Puerto Natales, Punta Arenas, Rio Grande, and Ushuaia.
I did 3 days trek in El Chalten and 5 days in Paine National park. It was the highlight of my journey so far , for sure. I carried my tent, sleeping bag and mattress and plenty of foods, and trekked, trekked, and trekked. I enjoyed the awesome landscapes and atmosphere surround by massive forest, deep blue lake and mountains covered with glacier. You will see some of them and adorable animals on the footage.
Please enjoy the its enormous scale, Patagonia definitely offers you a wealth of potential experiences and landscapes. have a blast in the one of my favorite place in the world.
